It is so difficult to use online deposit on this app. It is very picky for no apparent reason and often takes upwards of 10  minutes just retaking pictures of the back of the check in order to deposit a check.

We left Montana five years ago, but I will forever do business with American Bank. The people there are wonderful and always willing to help!

I have so much trouble getting the check deposit to read and accept the deposit. It tells me how to sign the back of the check, and I do it — with clear writing! — and it still fails. Very frustrating

Recently upgraded from old American Bank app to this one and it is excellent.   

Crew at Livingston branch is my favorite to work with!
