Esperando 10 minutos y el dispatcher no contesta el teléfono esto es todos los días tienen que sacar a esa persona de ahí la base esta perdiendo dinero HORRIBLE 51 mira a ver lo que hacers

The price quotes on this app DO NOT reflect the "actual" prices as when you call the base. The base is aware of this, not sure why it hasn't been fixed. Previously, I have paid the same price for months to get to and from the same location. Last week, I was verbally assaulted & held in one of their taxis because I would not pay the difference of their "new" price that WASN'T reflected on the app. I even provided a screenshot of the price quote from their app and was told that I was a liar and that screenshot wasn't from their base app... which I found idiotic because how would the driver have known where to pick up & drop me off at. After arguing with the driver for 10mins, he finally let me out his cab while calling me every name in the book. (Lol) Won't be calling or sending any clientele their way. Super unprofessional.

Recently there app does not give an ETA off the driver and when you call the driver or base there’s always an attitude. Several times the status showed on location with a text message to follow only for the driver to be 7-10 mins away. If you plan to compete with auger or Lyft prompt service is necessary and better customer service is needed.

Hey the driver charged me 20 that was supposed to be 16 let these drivers know that the price they pic up the ride that was it is not for the price they want thank you !

I always call this base for their services (atleast 3 times a week) and their service is fast and always on time! When they make it a couple of minutes late because of the weather they always apologize. I've been calling this base for two years now after I moved near & I haven't never been told that they don't have any cars available! 
I would definitely continue using this base and I recommend it !!
