No way I'm doing that. You just lost a customer. ### 1/5 — Horrible App *2015-10-11, version 1.0* This app is the absolute worst. I like American Blue, but the app is the worst I have ever used. It crashes constantly requiring me to re enter my user name and password. The information does not load smoothly. It is more work to use the app than to not use it. ### 1/5 — Crashes or freezes *2015-05-23, version 1.0* I've had to cancel my trip numerous times due to the app freezing when pulling up existing orders and checking ETA. In all occasions I had to arrange other transportation such as Uber. The service is good, the drivers are good and very reliable. The drivers are always on time and waiting for you when you arrive at the airport. I’ve had no issue storing payment information on the app. I’ve paid on the app including tips multiple times. ### 4/5 — Very useable *2016-07-30, version 2.1* The latest version of the app is pretty good. No obvious bugs. Allows you to provide flight info and track driver. Not much else to add. Not sure how secure it is so I don't add my credit card info ### 3/5 — Can't Enter CC info *2017-01-27, version 2.1* If you want to use the app to pay, forget it, won't take your CC info? Good for booking the ride, looking at past orders and that's about it. To bad, it be nice to pay and leave a tip thru the app. One thing less to do at the airport. ### 2/5 — Works I guess, but really awful *2015-12-01, version 1.0* For times when you can't use Uber (say from the airport or want a scheduled pickup) I use American Taxi. The app works (aside from far too frequent crashes) but it's really exceptionally ugly and a pain to use. Plus, the icon is the worst I have ever seen. To improve the app: 1. New icon 2.
