It has close to 0 features. Just shows my account balance and that’s it. Absolutely no other info. Looks like a software guys freshman year project. Does not show what I’m investing in, does not show history of funds, does not show deposits, withdrawals, NOTHING. I’m convinced someone somewhere said they had to have an app so they made the absolute cheapest, bare bones, excuse for an app they could think of. Horrible look. Would be better if there was just no app because this is absolute trash. ### 1/5 — Terrible App *2024-04-11, version 6.2.3* Out of all the financial apps I use, this is by far the worst. Rarely works properly, and when it does, it’s slow and takes forever to make an investment. But in the case mpstibility section it states you need Ios 11 or greater. The app crashes on my iPhone 6S even though it’s current to IOS 15.8. The screen goes blank after credentials are input and code verified. Try their website, it is genuinely unintuitive and so convoluted. Super happy my boss has my retirement account through you guys…. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Spend the money on real app developers *2026-01-18, version 7.0.0* This app has so many clunky usability problems. The weird transact button and the pop-up to return home to your accounts. I don’t have the energy to explain how stupid that design is right now. But to make clear how little the creators of this app know just look at the scrolling. The scrolling overrides the system scrolling that has been a defining feature of the iPhone since the beginning. Stop hiring people that make an app that is just a wrapper around a terrible web page. It’s so obvious this is the case because of the outrageous refresh times when you navigate anywhere in the app. A bad app experience is an embarrassing reflection of the company and its leadership. It’s time for me to find a company that understands that and prioritizes usability in the interfaces we use to transact and make trades. ### 1/5 — Broken App *2025-01-13, version 6.2.6* Broken app… login and it crashed immediately without showing anything. ### 1/5 — Garbage *2024-10-24* Only works once then I have to delete and re download. Excited to see it continue to expand in usage! ### 5/5 — Need to restore Touch ID *2021-07-31, version 1.3.2* I was waiting for AmCentury to publish an app for a long time so I can quickly check my account balances. Finally saw it published and downloaded right away. Problem with the app is that Touch ID worked the first few times I used the app but then it stopped working. Going to security settings to re-enable Touch ID doesn’t work either. The whole point in using the app for me is for quick balance check. Not very quick if you need to type in username, password and then wait for verification code and then type that in. Defeats the whole point of the app for me. Would give five stars if Touch ID functionality was restored. App updated. Touch ID had been restored.
