בעיה אמיתית, די הרבה עסקים לא רוצים לעבוד עם AMEX זאת בעיקר עקב העמלה הגבוהה שאתם גובים מהם. קרה לי לא מעט בחו״ל.

ולו רק בשל העובדה שאיננה מסוגלת להתמודד עם שתי אפשרויות כניסה שונות - זיהוי פנים וטביעת אצבע - לאותו משתמש. אז אם יש למשתמשים אייפד וסלולרי אין אפשרות להגדיר בשניהם את הכניסה המתאימה. בכל מצב שמגדירים באחד - השני מתחרבש. ובבקשה אל תענו שאין אפשרות טכני. להגדיר כניסה תלוית מכשיר.
