They have yet to refund me and when I contact them they all act so clueless. Mackenzi no help, Gustavo no help, Jonathan Barrera no help hung up while I was at American freight trying to finalize the deal. Knew he was helping me too and hung up anyways. I did everything support told me to, and it still didn’t resolve it. The only way I can see my account info is to sign in online.
