Never had a problem with them until recently. Since august of 2024 I have had problems with fraudulent transactions. The new layout is confusing and doesn’t show any of my transactions, making it impossible to keep track of my finances. This update was supposed to make things easier, but it feels like a step backward. I hope this is just a temporary glitch, but if not, I’d strongly urge the credit union to reconsider this change. The previous system worked just fine, and I’d appreciate a return to something more user-friendly. ### 1/5 — Zelle feature missing in the new update? *2024-11-05, version 4014.2.1* I noticed the Zelle feature is missing in the new update. I’ve tried logging in the app and also mobile banking on my desktop but I cannot find Zelle. It is becoming very inconvenient. I downloaded the Zelle app but it keeps redirecting me to the American First Credit Union app. Also blocking all services during the maintenance is just unbelievable. Very unrepresentative and confusing with multiple accounts. It no longer places the checking and savings for each account next to each other. For some reason it places checking with the other checking and saving with savings.. transfers take multiple steps to make now. All of the past transactions have been deleted as well. ### 1/5 — Ridiculous!!!! *2024-11-04, version 4014.2.1* First we don’t have access to our account for several days and now I can’t get into my account and the phone number to contact you guys keeps hanging up, meaning there is too many callers and you guys can’t get it together! Definitely going back to my old credit union. Your service is horrible and your fees are even worse. ### 1/5 — Why would you schedule maintenance on the first of the month *2024-11-02, version 24.1.71* It’s absolutely ridiculous that someone thought it was a good idea to BLOCK ALL ACCESS to account information from 10/31 through 11/4. The first of November is when most bills are due and not everyone keeps all their money in one account. Whoever made that decision should be fired for stupidity. I’ve worked in finance and tech companies for years and even with massive project refactors, we’ve never had to block our customer’s access - ESPECIALLY TO THEIR MONEY - for days, let alone even hours. I’ve banked here well over a decade and I’ll be pulling every penny out this month and switching to a bank. Also, the fact that the accounts page in the mobile app doesn’t show the balance of all accounts is absolutely a missed feature. ### 1/5 — New York *2024-10-23, version 24.1.71* I do not advise anyone to deal with this bank because it defrauds customers. I paid him the amount due, but he is still chasing me. I do not advise anyone to deal with them. I have tried them. I used to deal with them, but very bad. Poor services. Bad treatment.
