So I go to create an account, input my email and it says it’s already in use. I’ve emailed customer service and received no reply. I’ve also had to update this app 2 times this week! ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Replacement for faulty goods *2024-07-29* I bought a Bushnell GPS watch 15 months ago and it failed mid round a few days ago. I would expect a reputable brand like this to perform better, and that American Golf would have at least offered compensation as I have now had to purchase a replacement! They never even bothered to respond to my email. Poor customer service. ### 1/5 — Don’t bother *2024-05-31* App doesn’t seem to want to scam my card, and when trying to make an order the app hasn’t got all the items compared to the website… the staff in-store told me not to use app…. Please, please fix this app! You are Europe’s largest golf retailer after all! Put some money in to debugging this excuse for an app! **Developer response:** I'm very sorry for the poor experience you have had when using the American Golf app. We have listened to your feedback and are investing in the app to remove bugs. ### 1/5 — Menu error.....very frustrating *2020-06-11* Since the update of your app this morning the 11th of June which is still not working correctly, as was looking for a stand bag and it will only show cart bags, I decided to try the website instead, yet every time I press the menu bars, then go to a subcategory apart from actual golf clubs, it just takes me straight through to have to get the app. Why if I want to look at this on the website then I should be able to do so. Can I add that it works fine on my iPad but not my iPhone Very frustrating ### 1/5 — Awful customer service *2020-06-04* I bought a new club from the offline store, but not in stock for the spec i wanted so they were going to get it delivered to store for me to pick up. Then lockdown happened and stores closed. They refuse to send me a refund or replacement for in-store purchases even though they sell the same club online! So i am £400 down and no contact/guideline or any helpful advice. I can understand if it was a single proshop but for europe’s so called biggest retailer of golf clubs? Awful. Support your club shop or go to a different site. ### 1/5 — Won’t let you order online without an app *2020-05-10* Really- I MUST download an app to order on line now. Before anyone mentions it yes I have deleted the app and reinstalled it several times, both over WiFi & Cellular ### 3/5 — Website *2020-06-04* Really frustrating when you receive email open it up, try to view an item, and it takes you to website where you then have to try and find the item you were looking for originally. And to make matters worse, the website lettering is small and difficult to read, and view specifications, and to cap it off, I am unable to enlarge the product in my iPhone Now getting frustrated trying to insert a nickname which is apparently not taken ### 3/5 — Bad filter menu *2020-05-12* The filter menu is limited unlike online so I find I give up on the app and use the website.
