Buttons are half off the screen ### 3/5 — Not working anymore *2026-06-24, version 1.9.1* I used to be able to login and pay my car’s monthly payment but now the screen is stretched out and I can’t access it anymore. But the website has always been really wonky through this app and too many verification prompts. I’m just trying to give you my money for the month. Why is it made so difficult?? The wording is so confusing too. Do I want to make an external transfer or an internal transfer? I don’t know, I just want to make a payment. Neither gets me to that screen. The website on my computer is only slightly better and I can make my payment there. Also, now I try to use Face ID and it immediately tells me I have tried too many times to verify and it has failed. But it will let me login without Face ID. The app is useless to me now. For example, the Epay section. If you submit a payment, it doesn’t give you any confirmation good or bad of whether the payment went through. If you’re sending somebody a large amount of money, you really want to know if it went through or not… Am I right? I’ve tried multiple times to transfer funds out using the app, but it consistently reverts the transaction to an incoming transfer- regardless of whether I select “Outgoing” or “Incoming.” This is a critical issue and I will no longer be banking here. ### 1/5 — It good but lately auto transfers are not working *2025-04-11, version 1.7.5* For the pat few weeks my auto transfers have not been working. I set them to reoccur every week and yet I’ve had to manually transfer for each share. I shouldn’t have to do this. I have canceled and remade each transfer with no luck in it working the next week. I have a car loan with them and it never let me make my payments and video teller alway closes the app out!
