## What is American Portfolios Events?

American Portfolios (AP) is pleased to have an inclusive app for its annual meetings.  The app for Connections is the overarching platform for all AP events and meetings, inclusive of regional and tour meetings, practice management sessions, trainings and the national conference—it encompasses all touchpoints between the firm and their valued advisors throughout the year.  

At the core, these meetings are about connections: between the firm, advisors, business partners and staff members.  AP understands that, while advisors are independent, this does not mean that they are alone.  This app and the meetings it covers reinforces that togetherness, all while helping valued customers to network, build their business, and remain informed on industry and company trends.

This technology will give financial services advisors and attendees on-the-go access to all meeting details—no need to lug around cumbersome agenda books any longer!  Through the Connections app, AP meeting attendees can view all schedule and speaker details, save sessions to their list, set reminders and notifications of when selected sessions are taking place, check in, view a list of all other attendees for networking, complete instantaneous surveys of speakers, find fun things to do in the area and so much more!
