And on a seemingly regular basis, it continues to improve. I really enjoy online banking and one additional feature is that when there is something I don’t understand or when I need information or help, I can write a message and I always get an informative and speedy reply. Even online the banking staff are friendly, helpful, and always helpful. Terrible time to load on cell network. No Zelle. Are we destined to be the last bank on planet to get Zelle? Apple says it’s an app developer issue: I can’t connect my camera with the app which means I cannot make direct deposits....and they said I should contact apple. I did. But for some reason they have placed the mobile check deposit link underneath their Facebook feed is just bizarre. Furthermore, why there needs to be a Facebook feed link on a banking app is beyond me. It’s just a cumbersome app to use. I’m sure the argument would be “it’s easy when you know how“ but that’s the whole point. Apple has become the leader because of their “intuitive“ nature to all of their products. This is app needs to take a lesson from that. Furthermore, when you search for the app in your phone, nothing comes up under “American Riviera“. You have to search under “A.R.B.”...which is just silly. ### 3/5 — Not as easy as it could be paying bills online *2023-03-04* Love this bank! Only one pesky issue for me with the online banking app. I pay most of my bills online and it takes too many steps to get to the full site to pay bills.
