You can’t transfer to another account, you can’t report a lost or stolen card, good luck ordering checks, and there’s NO customer service. You can’t even get the bank number without googling it. This is such an inconvenient app, makes me question why it even exists. I still don’t even know if international transfers are allowed to and from. Forget using this as any kind of business checking account, you wouldn’t get any help there either.
