They always come on time. The first ride, the company cancelled half an hour out but immediately called and fixed the issue. I was a little worried, but wrote it off. My second ride was coming from the airport at night. They assigned me two cabs. One they immediately canceled, and the other was after I called the company, seeing they rebooked the wrong til ups of car. The entire time (both times) the app was glitching, and now I am stuck at the airport at 11 at nights and still have not received a new taxi assignment.
