I can see open appointment spots and legacy appointments only, but can’t see any Converge appointments, which is basically ALL of my appointments. Cant alter my calendar AT ALL because again, that’s a Converge feature. Can’t use Converge messaging, which again is basically ALL of my clients. It’s only functional with the legacy system and BARELY functional at that point ### 2/5 — Not user friendly *2025-08-11* On the login page there’s no “forgot password” or similar link to click if there’s a problem logging in and no phone number listed to call for tech support. So there’s no way to seek help through the mobile app, which keeps you dependent on using another device to access the site. ### 1/5 — Does not work *2023-08-24* Way too many issues ### 1/5 — Very unreliable *2023-08-19* App all of a sudden stopped working on my iPhone 14. Can log in but can’t see any of my scheduled appointments on my calendar and some buttons don’t function. Reported the issue to amwell multiple times but they do not seem to care. ### 1/5 — Not only is the app terrible, Amwell doesn’t pay on time - run! *2022-02-22* Beyond the app being slow, counterintuitive, and just generally bad - Amwell will screw up your monthly direct deposit and tell you oh so gently they’ll be happy to fix it *next month*. As it is, a lot of my appointments don’t show up in my calendar. ### 1/5 — Continuous connection issues *2020-12-01* I get the circular “wait” signal when logging in with a patient waiting and the screen is frozen/locked. Only option is to restart, which I sometimes do 7-10 times before it randomly works or I get a call from NOC as to why I have not seen the patient yet. Re-install, phone restart, force quitting other apps makes no difference. Easily the most frustrating part of being a provider.
