It was fast and easy. The recipe calls for pushing the zucchini into the hot pan to assure contact. I wasn’t as diligent as I should have been so there were areas that weren’t browned. The spicy honey really adds flavor to the zucchini. There are many older adults who enjoy cooking and are on reduced fat and/or salt diets. So at the very least try to include some options for substitutions to decrease saturated fats and salt. The recipes are really easy to follow so I think many people don’t have the experience to be able to come up with their own substitutions. The great thing about this app is you don’t have to be an experienced chef to produce beautiful and tasty dishes!! I realize this isn’t possible for every dish but would be great when possible.
