Kind of annoying that this problem isn’t fixed yet. I would like to increase the amount of automatic deposits into that savings account, but with no luck after several attempts. I wish that function was more user friendly. They don’t show your pending transactions yet they deduct the amount from your balance. Even transfers, they deduct the amount from the balance but do not show the transaction. It is ridiculous that they do “upgrades” that are nothing but downgrades and this is coming from someone who has been with them for YEARS and loves them.. but their app, stinks!! ### 1/5 — Update broke everything *2025-07-09, version 2025.5.0.1* They did a huge update and broke everything especially the credit card. They sent a letter and lied about a late payment to the credit card they lost in the update and said the letter was sent by mistake. We can’t see transactions on the credit card before July. We have had AmeriCU for a long time 30+ years and they just keep getting worse. Updates should not break everything, they don’t know what they are doing. It wouldn’t go through so I thought I was doing something wrong so I tied again a few times.. I checked I had plenty of money at bank.. the bank called and asked if it was me … I said yes and then I was able to send..three weeks later someone called and asked me again if it was me I said yes it was me.. she asked me if other transactions were me and I said yes after awhile I couldn’t hear her well and told her I had to hang up… the next morning surprise my card didn’t work.. I called and was placed on hold for at least an hour no luck.. I went to the bank told them what happened she said she needed to call and we waited on hold for 5-10mins I told the banker to hang up and I moved my accounts to another institution. Good riddance!!! ### 1/5 — Can’t even deposit a check anymore *2022-12-27, version 2022.6.0.1* Had no problems at all for the last 2 years of depositing a check via cell phone, and after some stupid update that just wasn’t need, messed it all up and even when you rotate the phone 360 degrees the camera still doesn’t show up.
