It literally doesn’t work. You won’t be able to access any benefits or information through it because the only thing the app ever displays is a broken homepage. What an atrocious experience. The app doesn’t have its own login system so it defaults to a pop up internet browser which simply doesn’t work. Can’t use Face ID to log in. Can’t remember from passkey, it doesn’t accept the OTP. Somehow, if you can get through the login and enable OR disable biometrics and return to the app page, it won’t accept and will give a generic message about not being about to login.
