Their live chatters don’t read your message and are argumentative. You pay your bill on the due date, showing reconciled in their APP and then they email you the next day saying you haven’t paid. Too hard after paying a $1400 application fee. We never reinstated the card, but charges still kept coming off my card. No matter how many times I contacted Amex, they still didn’t reverse the charges from the cancelled card………or cancel the card.
