Trying to look at an account forces you to sign into the standard Amex app. ### 1/5 — Very glitchy lately *2026-07-16, version 13.3.1* See title ### 1/5 — Broken App *2026-07-09, version 13.3.1* When I try to access the individual accounts, it opens the regular Amex app. How they leave a bug like this in production for this long is beyond me. It’s useless at this point. ### 1/5 — Hate the latest update *2026-07-01, version 13.3.1* The latest update is absolutely terrible. It makes you do a 2FA code EVERY time you login, whether you tap the option to remember your device or not. The 2FA screen is also poorly designed and won't autofill codes properly from the iPhone keyboard so you have to manually type in every number, and the 2FA screen is oversized so you have to awkwardly scroll the screen. The app has never been great but now it's even worse. If you're considering using AMEX for Business Checking just understand this isn't a serious product. ### 1/5 — Update rendered this app useless *2026-06-30, version 13.3.1* Two factor authentication is being required even though I try to have it remember device or turn on Face ID. I also can’t see the detailed transactions! When I click on the account, it takes me to the normal Amex app where I already have a different business account. Fix your damn app!! ### 1/5 — Sign on is glitching again *2026-06-16, version 13.3.1* Every single time i sign on I have to 2FA verify even though the previous sign on i clicked on “remember this device”. I have face ID and still have to reverify literally every single sign on. User friendly thrown right out of the window. please fix ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work properly *2026-03-28, version 13.3.0* The app is not intuitive. It doesn’t recognize any of your credentials when you login after the initial login. After you’ve set it up with all your credentials (username and password) .. you’re in but if you logged out and try logging in again, it tells you that your credentials are invalid. Take it from me, you’ll have to create new credentials each time you want to use this app. ### 3/5 — Zelle just landed. *2025-12-19, version 13.3.0* Not a fan of the blueprint app but Zelle has finally been added to Amex business checking! Business checking has been added to native Amex app! Two super great additions. It regularly allows fraudulent charges on your account and will make you pay for them while they steal interest in the money they allowed to be taken from you.
