Ich verstehe nicht wie man seinen Kunden so eine App anbieten kann , keine Provisorischen Buchungen erkennbar keine Echtzeit . Sicherheits Bestätigungen nicht möglich !  Das ist so schlecht !

Trying to login to a US account with this app (downloaded from the Canadian store) but it won’t let me login stating the account needs to be for international currency (which it is for me). US login won’t work with the Canadian app either. Hopefully this gets fixed so I can use the app as intended.

I’ve had the Amex UK app for years, and this app is pitiful in comparison.
I don't understand what you are waiting for to update this app as well.

What a rubbish app! Limited functionality compared to regular Amex app, and it hasn’t worked for over a week. When I called support in mid-May they said they were “aware of the problem”. But it still won’t let log me in. Totally unacceptable.

App super limitée avec très peu de fonctionnalités. Aucune autre app bancaire est aussi nulle, on ne peut rien faire sans appeler le support, les systèmes de sécurité sont si chiants qu’il faut se les faire rappeler à chaque fois. Si seulement on n’était pas captif à cause du boulot, on partirait illico…

I deleted this app and reinstall it because I can’t log in after I’ve entered my passcode and system is not responding,how can I use this app??
To check your balance you just log in via computer which is annoying.

The apps is crashing all the time, please add apple pay feature too. 
I made one login and it stopped working right after, and it kinda blocks as if the username and password were not being accepted.

The app is fine when you can get it working, but it appears to clash with other countries versions of the amex app. For example Hong Kong and the ICC version seem to compete over the same login data. Meaning you have to forget all of your information each time to sign in. Needs fixing

Please add the points to the app's summary balance. Currently, I have to use a desktop login to view my points balance. It would be more helpful to have easy access to it on the mobile app.

Have had an intl dollar card on the app for some time, and it’s been okay. Recently added a euro card and now it won’t allow access to the dollar card anymore. It still lists it, but implies that I’m trying to access a non-ICC card. Oh dear.

The app doesn’t work  as efficiently as it should. The page loads, but doesn’t log me in. Then says good/evening Mr xxx, but unable to view anything.  Amex UK app is ten times better than this.

It is a pity that this app is very basic. No additional functionality like for UK or US cards. I hope it will be improved.
