Even though the credit card is already registered and linked to mobile number, the card number has to be inputted twice while bill payment. 2.Secondly, the phone keypad stays as text input although card number is always numeric. Email and mobile number are also not defaulted although already submitted. 3. After entering the card number, due amount is not shown there. The amount needs to be memorised. If the amount is forgot, then need to go back to home screen and start from card number again. ### 1/5 — Amex don’t support and help in EMI conversions *2024-07-07* They create some policy and say that sometimes the emi conversions possible and when they don’t wish they say emi conversions not possible. End of the day I am going to pay them whatever it is and it’s not that I missed any payments these many years but people just simply ignore and don’t take any value add for lifetime customers. I am sure I will throw the Amex cards once I am complete the ongoing payments and never use the same and never recommend anyone to get the same from Amex. There are many other banking service who always help their customers with emi options even they have many exiting emi running on the same card and never said the second emi conversion is not possible ### 5/5 — REQUEST TO PROVIDE THE OPTIONS FOR CC PAYMENTS *2024-04-10* For making the Payments of the Monthly Credit Card Bills through your APP, presently the Card Holders are provided with 3 Channels viz. 1) RUPAY Debit Cards ONLY or 2) Internet Banking or UPI ID. I use MasterCard and VISA Cards and always Avoid UPI Id Payments. So, I’ve to Opt for Internet Banking Channels. Why you’re not including the Payment OPTIONS through ‘MasterCards’ & ‘VISA DEBIT CARDS’ as well ?? Please arrange to INCLUDE such Debit Card Variants too for the Benefits of your Credit Card Holders. Further, please encourage your Card Holders to OPT for PAPERLESS Monthly Statements to SAVE the Greeneries. To help the Card Holders, you must also Provide a ‘LINK’ through your ‘APP’ to ‘SHARE’ the respective Statements to ENABLE them to ‘PRINT’ or ‘UPLOAD’ in their MOBILE ‘Folder’ or ‘WhatsApp’. Seven Happy and fully satisfied years. Whenever and wherever need arises Amex is there. My son was going abroad in 2019, and at the eleventh hour I was short of more than ten lakh rupees. Within a few minutes Amex increased limit of my card there my son goes to Southampton. All the tele-executives are keen in providing you solutions to your queries, are very well behaved, passionate, knowledgeable and their command over Hindi and regional languages is in no way less than their flawless English language. Keep the good work up Amex. ### 1/5 — Worst User Interface and experience *2023-05-03* At a time when making payment has become a swift process by simply using a customer id and a password or a PIN, this is the only age old app that requires me to take out my card, enter card number and if I am using my mobile, then the hassle is much more. What’s the point of being a premium financial services company when you can’t make the payment experience little easy and hassle free to people. Not everyone is carrying wallet all the time and May choose to make payment .. say sitting on a toilet seat. This is unbelievable and every time I make a payment, I curse this company and it’s age old pathetic user interface on the app or website for payments. ### 5/5 — Unavailable features on Amex *2022-11-14* Though overall good card, but application is a bit backward. Now a days on payment gateway why details of card is required. Many cards just ask you to pay and payment gets linked. It’s kind of hassle to enter entire card details. I am using Amex less because of this. Also payments made doesn’t get updated on card in real time. Many other cards get updated real time. I expected Amex to be front leader rather than laggard. ### 1/5 — Extra payment taken wrongly *2022-11-11* On thé 6th of Nov , I tried to make a purchase from Marks and spencer and the payment was just not going through and the page was blank after putting in the OTP after card details . Then a flash showed to cancel transaction and I clicked yes and this happened over 3 tries - it also flashed on my phone that no payment has been taken , hence I tried 3 times then stopped. I went onto my Amex site and saw the payment showed pending 3 times . Clearly felt this was an error and that payment would reflect cancelled later Next day I added an item to my order and placed it with another bank card. I hot my delivery from marks and spencer and did not place an order after that. Today I got messages from marks and spencer about an order being shipped so wondered which one and checked - it was for the one that showed cancelled . 1 time order of ₹2322 approx. Then we checked their website and saw that order went through and then checked my Amex site and all 3 payment which reflected cancelled and pending , have been taken by you. WRONG WRONG WRONG.
