I could not get a suite for one hotel on Amex so I booked directly with the hotel. For the other. They removed it from Filters and put it in Sort which is bad enough, but the Sort literally does nothing. Got a good fare and was putting in my information when it logged me out due to inactivity. Not sure how you can be inactive when you’re filling out travel info. When I logged back in, the flights were triple the cost. Their help was no help at all.
