Now it won’t allow me to pay through the app or even book a ride unless I say pay in car. This would be fine for most people except for the fact that I’m overly anxious and easily stressed out by basic things like paying in car. However, as other users have indicated, the app is buggy. It still won’t let me enter a tip of any kind and the inability to reschedule a trip when my train is going to depart a bit later is frustrating.
