Sometimes I receive a message that spot has become available but it’s not clear if that place is being held for the next in line and it’s very frustrating because it’s not possible to understand why you cannot grab that spot. ### 5/5 — Silver Sneakers Classic *2025-06-16, version 11.5.0* One hour of low impact exercise with instructor Maria was so much fun and energizing ### 1/5 — Doesn’t Work *2025-04-25, version 11.4.2* I can’t get into the app. ### 2/5 — Can we add functionally to export member’s barcode to Apple Wallet? *2024-10-28, version 11.3.5* Under the old app (or maybe earlier versions of Wallet), we were able to add the barcode to Apple Wallet, so that it can be displayed on Apple Watch. And their website isn’t much better. ### 1/5 — Still waiting… *2024-03-31, version 11.1.9* I have asked it to send me a password reset email multiple times, and I haven’t received one. ### 1/5 — Way harder to use than old app. *2024-03-09, version 11.1.9* The new app is so disappointing. No way to favorite a class so that it sends you a reminder when it opens for sign up. I go to three different AmFams for classes and going to look at the list between them is more steps than the old app bc you have to back out every time. They don’t list the location the class is at anywhere so after you sign up you have to remember which facility it’s at. Looks like they spent a lot of time/money on all these extras that I doubt anyone asked for instead of making the app function in the best way possible. ### 2/5 — Which club again??? *2024-02-27, version 11.1.9* Too many screens to navigate just to sign up for a class.
