## What is AmFirst Alerts?

AmFirst Alerts allows you to verify transactions flagged as suspicious by your credit union. If a suspicious transaction is detected, you will get a notification containing the transaction details. You can "Accept" or "Reject" the activity based on whether you executed the transaction or not. The credit union will be notified of your response and take the appropriate actions.

This app already is not the greatest. There could be so much potential. I got an alert earlier about a transaction and I’ve been trying to load it on and off for hours and nothing!!

This app is absolutely terrible! When presented with a transaction that you have to approve or deny, it doesn’t tell you that if you deny a transaction it DEACTIVATES YOUR CARD WITHOUT YOUR CONSENT!!!! It is beyond frustrating! Now I have to call in to have them activate my card! This is beyond unprofessional! And this is about the last straw I’ve had with their poor customer service!!!!

This app hasn’t worked right in more than a year! It always shows multiples of the SAME PENDING TRANSACTIONS! No one has time to call and go through 500 transactions just to get to one. This app is so useless. My screen is always blank or I can’t even pull up a notification list or history. It hasn’t been updated in two years! Did they fire their mobile app dept?!

They don’t make them like they used to? 
YEARS AGO, This app more than once was the reason we caught fraudulent activity on our debit cards, and were able to immediately shut them off. But NO MORE! No more notifications, no more approvals, JUST 

“Alert.  The request did not succeed! The response status was: 500 Internal server error” 

That’s all it really likes to say no matter what I do!! — I’ve given it over a year to correct and it hasn’t , so I’m deleting it!

Every time i use my card i have to accept a transaction. Then a weird error code pops up then i get 50 texts about fraud alert…even when i use the card IN PERSON! Deleted this app…ill just deal with the phone calls from now on

The convenience & concept of the app is great, but it needs to be developed more! Even with deleting the app & re-downloading it still glitches more than it actually successfully works, & it is sooo irritating. I hope that it gets fixed soon as it as been dysfunctional for years.

This used to work fairly well. Now it does very little. It will only show one card at a time, and there’s no controlling which one it shows. If you deactivate a card you might not be able to pull it back up when you need to use it again. 

It no longer shows transactions, and it can’t be used to authorize the ones the system flags. That now has to be done on the phone through an IVR system. This app is quickly becoming pointless.
