I’m getting a Claude to write a better app might take me 10 minutes better than using this app from the large multinational. ### 1/5 — Rate your app *2026-06-06, version 11.1.0* I find this app very user unfriendly - too complex to open, and awful to navigate from home page to wherever I want to go. I can not download the new app, because I don’t have and can’t afford a ios13. Seperate itemised amounts, for each insurance cover, is a necessity, so we can check each cover, but for goodness sake please give a full total page, so those of us that like to pay once a year have a clear “Full” Payment amount and can pay all in one payment with a personal customer number This mucking around copying and pasting is just archaic. ### 5/5 — App *2019-10-25, version 2.30* Won’t load policies....WHY and been like this for few months... Isn't the point of an app to make it easier? It could have had the functionality (like forms and drop downs) to get that quote or do that claim - but no. Really disappointed and deleted it minutes after downloading. Further to that is sending the 2FA code to email so it doesn’t automatically appear on the autofill.
