L’appli ne fonctionne plus impossible de me connecter  depuis plusieurs mois ! Je n’achètera plus jamais la marque AMIBOT !!! Et ne ferai plus confiance à DARTY, car j’ai acheté chez eux !

Plus possible de me connecter. Application inutilisable. Plus aucun moyen de gérer le robot à part la télécommande. Je regrette d’avoir acheté un Amibot….

Impossible de me connecter à l’application depuis plusieurs mois, que ce soit par wifi ou 4G/5G. 
Donc aussi impossible de modifier les créneaux de nettoyage et les paramètres de l’aspirateur. 
Il serait grand temps que vous fassiez quelque chose pour que nous puissions tous profiter pleinement de notre aspirateur !

L’application ne veut plus s’ouvrir et me signale un problème de réseau alors que le wifi marche correctement et j’ai même essayé en 4G.

Merci de bien vouloir réparer ce bug je ne peux plus utiliser l’aspirateur en nettoyage ciblé.

Plus rien ne marche. « Délai de connexion expiré » en message et impossible de réparer ou arranger. Je me retrouve avec robot incapable de fonctionner ou de retrouver sa balise de recharge.

J’ai le robot spirit, qui a déjà du mal avec les tapis, même peu épais, et n’est compatible qu’avec cet application. Jusqu’à il y a quelques semaine, ça allait, même si l’application ne mémorisait jamais mes ID et qu’elle perdait parfois la carte enregistrée, mais depuis, impossible de la faire marcher (elle refuse de se connecter).
Aucune MAJ. Aucune communication de l’éditeur.

Depuis deux jours, impossible de me connecter à l’application ni de me connecter au site Web. Y aurait-il une panne ?
Et impossible de créer un nouveau compte. J’ai besoin d’aide help

L’application ne marche PAS , tout simplement car le prestataire qui gère l’app à mis la clé sous la porte !!

Du coup, nous, pauvres utilisateurs sommes privé de la gestion du robot à distance !!  Vraiment honteux ….

Aucunes solutions n’est proposée par amibot …

Ma société ayant semble t’il fermée, les services ne sont plus fonctionnels, impossible de se connecter dans l’app ni donc de contrôler / paramétrer le robot via celle ci. Heureusement qu’il reste la télécommande…. 
Dommage et regrettable, c’était plutôt bien.

Il est impossible de choisir le bon modèle dans la page d’ajout d’un robot car l’affichage n’est pas bon pour les iPhone 7 j’imagine.
J’ai essayé de choisir un autre robot, mais impossible de s’y connecter parce que l’application s’attend a avoir un réseau wifi Amibot_ et j’ai un réseau wifi SmartLife-.
Bref, c’est très décevant que l’application soit de si piètre qualité pour un robot connecté !
