Amico is a scam. Don’t fall for it. Tommy will never release this console. It hasn’t been updated in years.

The app only works in landscape. Opening the RFID screen shows an error, I think, and seems to lock-up the app. 

In the news section the buttons are blank, but you can still tap on them. There’s some text there about stuff from 2020? Are there no other updates to share?

Moon patrol was an interesting demo, I guess. It has ridiculous loading times for what it is. I kept forgetting where the on-screen buttons were. 

But, then I remembered, they plan to charge >$10 for it?! I wouldn’t pay $0.99. I might check out a free-to-play version, but I can’t imagine any interesting in-app purchases.

The Moon Patrol demo was good for about 5 minutes of enjoyment, but I wouldn’t pay $10 for it. I probably wouldn’t pay 99¢ for it, in all honesty. I didn’t even care to finish the provided level. This is one of a thousand terrible ways Tommy Tallarico has chosen to sell this console, and each is worse than the last.

I would like to ask if you could make an app based on retro Intelevision games with original graphics and sound. This App that I am requesting will work with Homebrew Intelevision games from different developers. I love the moon patrol recreation! This app that I’m requesting should be called Intelevision Homebrew arcade. Where are you were able to play homebrew Intellivision Games from programmers all over the world! Please make my request come true.

Receiving an error that locks up my app and cannot be gotten out of, "NFC not supported on your device." I have to close my screen, unlock my iPhone again and toggle up to close your application window. I'm running iPhone 12 and my iOS is up-to-date. Doesn't bode well for your future lunch if it ever happens…

The “buttons” in Moon Patrol are so close to the edge of the screen that way too many times I “press” but nothing happens. It’s frustrating especially now that the entire first level is playable.

You have to scan an Amico logo with your camera to get to the demo. * * This was my major complaint.  They fixed it.  I love moon patrol.  One of my all time favorites.  The new one seems pretty good. Really kinda feeling what these guys are trying to accomplish.  I like the vision and message and I love the idea of taking the games I loved, adjusting for nostalgia glasses and allowing me to introduce my kids to these games without need of worry.  Was expecting a lower price point but the get in early price of 299 seems high but I admit I am still seriously considering it, that is also for founders addition with lots of bonuses.  Makes me think price will be 199 and I like that price.  If I could preorder right now I would have preordered the 299 one already.  My concerns are:

1. The controller - I need to see hands on where the actual controller is being critiqued, including latency and ergonomics.  
2. I am assuming this adjusting for nostalgia glasses.  I hope that assumption is correct.  
3. I really want the 299 founders addition. So expensive yet so precious. 

Excited for possible 199 price point at retail.
