El guía Javier ( no recuerdo el apellido - nos llevó a Toledo y Segovia el domingo 21-) fue excelente, muy culto , muy preparado con una excelente actitud y ánimo . Cuando regrese a Madrid voy a viajar con ustedes nuevamente . The tour guides were knowledgeable and the stops into the preserved locations where it seems time stopped. Allowed us to experience the feel of a time so long ago. The lunch experience was also amazing. The meal served with the plate breaking it made the experience feel like it was complete, no detail missed. ### 5/5 — Sagrada Família and Park Guell *2026-06-12* Marta gave a amazing tour of Sagrada Família. She was so knowledgeable and kept the tour moving and interesting. We then went to Park Guell and Andres gave a fun tour of the Park. The bus was very nice along with our wonderful tour guide Abraham. Had to book through them because of a Go City pass I got for Madrid. They cancelled a tour to the Spanish Royal Palace that I sign up for, changing the date to a time that I would no longer be in the country. Only after complaining to them did they agree to ‘release’ the activity and allow me to choose something else in the Go City app. Then when I missed the time for the tour to the Reina Sophia museum because something came up, they refused to give me any refund citing that I needed to reach out we hours before (even though they did the same). They cited their terms and conditions but still that’s some greedy capitalist BS. They should at least offer a partial refund. They literally did less work and kept their entire take. Not recognizing that things happen. Loved the experience brought my little family to CDMX and booked this experience!!!! Waterfalls! Caves ! The pools and scenery, So worth it ! Our tour guide Mariana was VERY knowledgeable , gave us some culture lessons that I know my 16 year old daughter very much appreciated. She was very thorough and just the sweetest. We had a great group and we felt to safe . Book the tour you will NOT REGRET IT!!!! ### 5/5 — Coba, Chichen Itza, Cenote, Valladolid *2026-08-05, version v5.9* Hi, I would just like to thank Manuel and Jesus for our trip yesterday 4 August 2026. The timing of the tour was outstanding at Coba and Cenote giving us what felt like the locations almost to ourselves. Manuel’s knowledge and pride in the Mayan heritage shone through. I often think that the contribution a driver makes is under estimated and having spent many an hour driving whilst my family slept, I would like to thank Jesus for making the 500km round trip so we could see all the sites in a day.
