Trip plan sharing The itinerary you spent an evening perfecting no longer lives on your phone alone. Send it to anyone on your friends list and they get the whole thing — every day, every stop, exactly as you built it. Plans other people send you land in Saved Plans, marked and signed with their name, ordered by when they arrived rather than when they were written. Sharing stays yours to undo. Open the share sheet, clear a name, and that person is out. No request, no negotiation. Expense permissions Events now have a guest list for the ledger too. As the creator, you decide exactly who may add expenses. Everyone else can still follow along; the people you pick can add, and can only edit or delete what they added themselves.
