### 2/5 — .

*2026-08-03*

Maybe it’s just me but tell me why when I registered an amiibo (splatoon) on this it it wouldn’t let me claim the gears bc it was already linked to an account?? Mind u I had just made the amiibo

### 2/5 — Warning: Permanently locks your NFC tags without warning!

*2026-05-24, version 2.4.0*

The app works for writing data, but it automatically and permanently locks your NFV chips so they can never be erased or rewritten again. There is absolutely no warning in the app telling you that this is a one-way, permanent action. If you only have one tag, do not use it unless you are 100% sure you want that character forever. Developers need to add a clear warning screen before writing.

### 2/5 — Can’t write anything!!

*2026-04-21, version 2.3.3*

When I put in the .bin it says error!!

### 2/5 — Meah

*2026-03-05, version 2.3.3*

This actually does work for most Amiibos, however I can’t get any of my new V3 Kirby star amiibos to scan but apparently they are supported in the app because I see them there in the missing folder. You can forget about using this app as your “owned Amiibo” list because there’s no way to manually enter that you own this Amiibo unless it can actually scan it. I also have the Tom nook Amiibo and Amiibo card, they both scan in fine and I can search them, which is probably the best part of this app is searching for your Amiibo by name, but for some reason, the second to last one I scan still shows as missing in the missing folder, but when I do a search, it’s still there in the owned folder, so this is a bug in the software.

### 2/5 — Can’t write

*2026-01-13, version 2.2.5*

Every time I tried to write onto an nfc tag it gave me an error!

### 4/5 — Almost complete

*2026-01-03, version 2.2.5*

Recently updated the app using an iPhone SE (2nd Generation) to scan the Kirby Air Riders amiibo, but it keeps saying this isn’t a valid amiibo even though it’s genuine. Please fix this issue.

Other amiibo work too FYI, Kirby Air Riders is currently the only problem.

### 3/5 — Disappointing on desktop

*2025-12-06, version 2.0.0*

Apparently on the desktop this is a read-only database. I had hoped and sort of expected that it would be able to use my USB NFC reader to track my collection. Worse, it looks like its database hasn’t been updated in nearly 2 years so it’s well short of “all amiibo ever released”.

### 4/5 — Great app, but…

*2025-11-14, version 2.2.3*

It’s a great app, highly recommended. But, they don’t tell you that you only get 2 free ‘writes’. After that you have to either get a subscription or pay per write.

### 5/5 — Great app!

*2025-10-14, version 2.2.3*

As someone who collet s amiibo but doesn't wanna open the box. I found out that newer amiibos can be scanned through the box. Now i can keep them stored & unopened while having them in the NFC cards. I hope the app stays updated for years to come.!

### 5/5 — Perfect amiibo app!

*2025-09-27, version 2.2.3*

This app has been great for storing all of the data for my amiibo along with making NFC chips to save money on buying them, but I noticed a few issues when scanning certain amiibo like the Spork/Crackle carc from Animal Crossing and the Street Fighter 6 amiibo figures and their card equivalents where the each time I reset the app, Spork/Crackle is marked as missing along with either the SF6 amiibo figures or their card equivalents. Hopefully this can get fixed in the future!

### 5/5 — Please update the app

*2025-06-07*

We need an update to identify the latest four The Legend of Zelda Tears of the Kingdom Amiibos.
Thank you for this great app.

### 2/5 — Una pena…

*2025-06-02, version 2.2.1*

Muy completa y organizada, pero la función principal (leer, escribir tags) no la hace, o al menos gratuitamente. Mucho ruido y pocas nueces.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — New amiibo

*2026-07-31, version 2.5.0*

Not recognizing the new Resident Evil amiibo

### 1/5 — Does nothing

*2026-07-12, version 2.4.0*

Does absolutely nothing

### 1/5 — Now working

*2026-02-26, version 2.3.1*

So I got the bin files uploaded to the app but when I try to use it it’s not working because it just keeps pulling up my wallet. Is there a way to fix this?? I paid for the lifetime just sucks I am not sure how to get it to work. If there is a way to get it working then it’s $20 well spent

### 1/5 — Costs money for emulation, get Tagmiibo instead

*2026-02-03, version 2.3.1*

POS seems so promising at first, only to smack you in the face with a paywall after your first 2 free writes.
I got tagmiibo instead, and it still had a paywall but you could also just watch a long ad per write.

### 1/5 — DO NOT BUY

*2025-12-21, version 2.2.4*

Bad. Paid app and then requires further payment for more than 3 nfc writes. Highly regret purchasing and would choose any other app over this

### 1/5 — Can’t scan because it just brings up Apple Pay

*2025-12-15, version 2.2.4*

Anytime I bring my phone near the switch controller, it opens Apple Pay and stops the amiibo from working.

### 1/5 — This is not working at all, it said 2 tags for free but asking subscription at the beginning

*2025-07-22, version 2.2.2*

I paid for the subscription and it never works, I tried to contact them through the website but seems nobody runs it. Can someone be contacted?????

### 1/5 — Makes my head hurt

*2025-07-07, version 2.2.2*

Too confusing I didn’t mean to subscribe wanna cancel and refund

### 1/5 — Scanning didn’t work

*2025-04-26, version 2.2.1*

When I scanned my amiibo to my Nintendo Switch, my phone said the scan was complete, but my Switch didn’t get anything. When I scan the amiibo the normal way, it seems to work fine. What is going on?

### 1/5 — Don’t rely on this app

*2024-10-24, version 2.2.1*

For one the developer doesn’t respond to issues, half the time when you scan an amiibo you get an error and just have to keep scanning until it works, and most recently all my owned amiibos are just gone but my wishlist is fine.

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — No issues

### 5/5 — Perfect Amiibo Tracker

*2026-07-16, version 2.4.0*

This app is perfect for keeping track of all amiibo that you need or have.

UPDATE: Somehow, iPhone SE can scan Kirby Air Riders amiibo now? Now that means any amiibo can be added into the collection without issues.

### 5/5 — Honest review

*2026-05-29, version 2.4.0*

Works great for flashiibo pro and has no pay walls

### 5/5 — Great product!

*2026-05-18, version 2.4.0*

Worth every penny

### 5/5 — Does what it needs

*2026-03-05, version 2.3.3*

Yep read the title

### 5/5 — Perfect Amiibo Tracker

*2026-02-11, version 2.3.1*

This app is perfect for keeping track of all amiibo that you need or have.

There may be a few issues with scanning Kirby Air Riders amiibo, but hopefully this issue is fixed by using the v3 key_retain.bin file for future use.

Higher iPhone models are recommended but iPhone SE models still works fine.

Update: Seems like my iPhone is not compatible with Kirby Air Riders amiibo scanning, might plan to upgrade phone model soon rather than reporting there is a bug even though nothing is wrong with this program.
