You cannot verify identity, there’s log in problems and to top it off the help team are incapable. Steer clear from using this training app for your business. ### 1/5 — It's like a 10 year old asked chatgpt to purposely make a lazy, ridiculous and unprofessional app. *2026-08-19* Absolute joke. Shouldn't be working with any companies at all. Instead you have to deal with a hallucinating ai that doesn’t listen and pans the run time hours longer than necessary. It entirely AI with massive mistakes and bugs throughout. Info is irrelevant and sometimes the ai genuinely speaks to you in another language. All images and videos are unclear and clearly ai. It’s a shame as it does not represent the job well at all. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work at all! *2026-08-06* The ai is just slop, mishears you all the time the ui is slow and unresponsive actually the most painful thing I’ve done this year and got to the last module after 6h and it keeps failing to verify me so now I can’t complete the training ### 1/5 — Clearly not user tested *2026-07-27* This has clearly been a rush job. I didn’t think the training portal could be worse than the Disprz website, but congratulations - you did it. Support is the opposite of help, the app is too slow, is is not at all user friendly, the communication on how to use or raise queries is non existent. Given the choice I would never roll this product out. ### 1/5 — The worst training app *2026-07-24* I have never in my life used a training app so bad that it has put me off the job. Half of the information is completely irrelevant. The app is completely ai, and does not show images correctly or important videos correctly. This training could have been done with a scroll through, with clear images displayed next to it. It has so far taken me 4 hours to learn how to plug an electrical vehicle in - we don’t even use electric vehicles. It has this talk and answer section that asks you questions that aren’t even answered in the video ‘for context’. if i hear ‘alright, let’s move onto the next one’ one more time i’m going to cry. I am no better for knowing what to do when I start my job than if I had just not done the training. There are spelling errors and grammatical errors all throughout the app. The information is not clear. ### 1/5 — Completely horrendous *2026-06-17* Having had to use this app for 8 hours for training purposes I can confidently say this is the worst experience with an application I’ve ever had. Non responsive buttons. AI that literally slips into other languages by accident constantly. AI that doesn’t register what you’re saying and puts the completely wrong thing.
