### 1/5 — Terrible app, don’t bother downloading this

I downloaded this app because it offered 3D structure revision of amino acids which makes it stand out from other apps and suits my needs. However, upon using the app, none of the 3D structures actually appear and they do no appear to be part of the “paid” package. Therefore, this app is not worth the bother.

The app is built to have two pains in the quiz section. The left side is to choose which quiz you want to take. The right is the actual quiz. However, if you leave the app mid quiz and then come back and select a different quiz, the second quiz opens up in the left pane. From there, you can't shut the two quizzes down to get back to the quiz selection menu on the left. The only work around is to clear the iPad memory and reopen the app, something that is unacceptable.

Unlocked quiz; now app won't open. Even after reinstalling it, it still crashes. Please fix or refund the 2.99.

I really like the easy accessibility of this app. It's simple and has the properties of each AA (polarity, structure, letter codes, etc.) It even tells you if it's an essential AA and includes the codons for it. Overall, it's great for reviewing the AAs and for quick access information on them. !!

It's a great looking, easy to use app. It provides good details on the basics. I wish they had quizzes for them. The quizzes focus on the structure and names. I wish they quizzed on pkas, mass, etc.

No requirement unlock anything for the Amino Acid information.
Polarity, Acidity, pKa with 3-4 significant figures are all included with 5 different variation forms of each of the 20 common amino acids. 

The only in-app purchase is the more quizzes that goes into detail ($2.99)

This is a wonderful app. It is very thorough, with 3D ball and stick models, classification by polarity, acidity, 3-letter abbreviations, and single-letter abbreviations. Also has a good quiz function, long you to test yourself on each of the aforementioned properties/classifications. 
Highly recommend for anyone who needs to learn these!!
