It keeps asking me to repeat the steps over and over again eventhough I followed every steps. It’s been a month now trying to comply my requirements but I am stuck with the ID verification. ### 1/5 — Waste of time *2022-10-09, version 1.0.1* Redirected from website to app to complete an identity check. App couldn’t/wouldn’t scan the passport - tried the phone in every possible direction of passport and nothing worked. App offered to continue without scan using a selfie and photo of the passport, take the selfie and app says it can’t continue because you didn’t scan the passport. Tried selecting “I don’t have an e-passport” from start options instead to see if this was a workaround and same thing - lets you take a photo of your passport and self, then says it can’t do anything because you didn’t scan the passport. Scan your passport photo 2. Scan your passport chip 3. Scan your face The app skips Step 2 each time by the app, tried multiple iphones, all version 12 or later.
