Whether you’re an AMITA Health patient preparing for an upcoming procedure, recovering from surgery or managing your disease or pain, the AMITA Health Check app is an innovative way to connect you with your care team and manage your care plan together through a secure, intuitive tool. 

AMITA Health Check supports more than 100 different conditions, turning complex care plans into simple, daily steps and letting you communicate directly with your care team about your health. Your team will have access to a monitoring dashboard that allows them to keep track of your condition and receive alerts to prevent complications.

Once you log in, you can view your Health Reminders Page, which might include instructions for surgery preparations, your medication schedule, follow-up appointments, exercises and other daily tasks that were recommended for your condition. You can view videos and other content, and even take photos right from the app for visual reference. You also can share your information with caregivers and/or loved ones, near or far.

I gave up trying to sign in, the website is better.  It doesn’t integrate with Apples password system, and won’t let you paste a password either, and then frequently draws the login form such that you can’t see it on the screen to even enter your password or press a login button.

This is literally the worst health care app. My wife can get everything on MyChart. I can’t even login, I have to go to the website to get to my charts, schedule it do anything
