## What is AmneziaVPN?

Free open-source software for creating a personal VPN on your virtual server, as well as for connecting to Amnezia VPN services: Amnezia Free and Amnezia Premium.

All services use protocols with traffic obfuscation and protection against blocking. 

To create a VPN on your own server, simply provide the IP address, username, and password of your server (VPS), and Amnezia will create and configure your personal VPN in just a couple of minutes, which you can then connect to.

2.0 работал идеально, скорость и безопастность была на высоте! После обновления на версию 3.1 все перестало работать! Пинг вырос в 2 раза. Ютуб, Телеграм, Инстаграм - перестали работать. Верните 2.0 или дайте возможность выбирать вариант протокола 2.0 или 3.1 пользователям при установке! А то сейчас можно установить только 3.1 по умолчанию и никакого выбора нет. Очень надеюсь что вы увидите мой комментарий и решите эту проблему.
