## What is Amnis Capture?

CRUCIAL NOTE ON APP FUNCTIONALITY:
Amnis is a field-capture tool for property-inspection companies. Inspectors record video walkthroughs in this iOS app, which are uploaded to our AI backend. The resulting AI-generated reports are viewed and managed exclusively on our desktop web dashboard (https://app.amnis.ai), not within the iOS app itself.

ATTACHMENTS PROVIDED:

End-to-End Demo Video: Shows the full iPhone capture, upload process, and the final web dashboard output.

Test Video for Camera Roll Upload: A sample video file attached to this submission. You can save this video to the test device's Photo Library/Camera Roll to test the app's video upload feature without needing to record a live physical walkthrough.

HOW TO REVIEW (STEP-BY-STEP):

Sign In: Use the demo credentials provided in the Sign-In Information section.

Select Asset: Tap on the pre-configured asset named "Review house".

Trigger Workflow: Choose the "Move in" workflow.

Provide Video: You can either record a short video using the device camera OR use the provided test video by uploading it directly from the device's camera roll.

Upload: Tap "Upload and run". You will see the progress bar as it submits to our AI.

View Results: To see the generated AI report, log into the web dashboard at https://app.amnis.ai using the exact same credentials.

PRIVACY AND PERMISSIONS (GUIDELINE 5.1.1):

Camera and Microphone: Used strictly to record the property inspection videos.

Location (While in Use): Videos are tagged with capture locations to provide a legally verifiable evidence record for tenancy/deposit disputes.

Photo Library: Allows inspectors to upload existing walkthrough videos (such as the provided test video) or save local copies to their camera roll.

Data Privacy: All content is strictly private to the user's organization; no data is shared publicly.

ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT:

Authentication: Supports Sign in with Apple, Google, Microsoft, and standard email/password.

Account Deletion: Fully compliant with Guideline 5.1.1(v). Users can delete their account directly inside the app via Account > Delete account.

Registration Note: Standard registration requires manual admin approval, which is why we have provided a pre-approved demo account.
