Сейчас нет возможности удалять чаты, некоторые чаты в амо просто открываются из неразобранного этапа амоСРМ, сделка удалена, неактуальна, а чат в АМО захламляет пространство

Техподдержка отвечает часами, а сами ответы ссылка на инструкцию. Делаем по инструкции и отправляем видео процесса + итог (оно не работает), техподдержка присылает другую инструкцию и она тоже не работает.

Сырое приложение с ограниченным функционалом за деньги. Лагает, с кучей багов, которые мешают работе. Например, в строке сообщения  появляются старый текст, пока его не удалишь, новое не напишешь. Нажав на уведомление нельзя ответить и тд., то что существует давно в других мессенджерах в Амо не работает.

Мне понравилось что на одном экране у меня находятся основные для работы вещи: чаты, каналы, заявки на ботов.. Было достаточно удобно, когда мне приходилось отвечать сразу многим людям
Слышал многие хвалят ботов в приложении и я с ними соглашусь, они достаточно удобны особенно в тех моментах, когда нужно выполнять рутинные задачи, но мне не приходилось создавать супер функциональных ботов, как например те, что установлены по умолчанию
В приложении мне не хватает что-то наподобие заметок. Да, можно конечно всё кидать в «избранное», но не хватает разделения по моим задачам
