Fixes and improvements

• Tips now appear on each screen the first time you open it, and you can step through them with the Next tip button.
• Swipe left or right to switch between the tabs at the top of Home and Accounts.
• On iPad the number pad now stays anchored to the bottom of the screen instead of floating in the middle.
• The currency key on the number pad now changes the currency of the amount you are entering.
• Expense and income categories are easier to tell apart at a glance.
• CSV import now also accepts ordinary CSV files, not only exports from supported apps.
