## What is amor PingShuai Ring?

利用 amor RingSwing 除了可以記錄練功的時間還有每日練功的目標，同時提供身心活力記錄功能。其中練功的詳細參數包括: 練功的時間、甩手次數、下蹲次數，以及練功的節奏是否規律。在練功部分，根據樹的大小來判斷是否有達到每日目標，並朝著百日築基的方向前進。在身心活力部分，根據太極的大小來判斷生理年齡的大小，也可以提供練功對於生理年齡影響的參考。
