The app  keeps malfunctioning every other day when booking. After so many years, still no improvement, only worse. 

Counter staff poor at follow up service for issues reported, often sitting there looking glum or lethargic, and outlets frequently running out of towels.

App limits cancellation of booking by a certain time, which means a forfeit of fees for nothing if there’s last minute change. Staff says system limit but I say it’s the company’s unfriendly policy

The new release in last dec was terrible! It went from back to worse! App auto shuts after running for 30 secs when booking at 8am, and obviously I have to relaunch the app. Needless to say, I got into waitlist for those popular classes. Please look into this issue.

I pressed in at exactly 8.00am. Again I was thrown out with an error because Amore’s system cannot handle the onslaught .. now the app closes before I can even react. 
Obviously I am in waitlist again.
Amore should check out other gyms where they split up booking of classes throughout the day to make better use of system resources. I mean we don’t expect a gym’s system to match that of Sistic right?

Still need some tweaking on booking confirmation. Booking confirmed screen stayed for quite some time. Often there wasn’t any confirmation but just appear a “Ok” button.

Would be even better if I can see what is my queue number on waiting list.
