This app is terrible. I can’t monitor the kids like I need to. I’m definitely searching for a better device.

I been testing this devices for few days, I Installed 4 cameras to monitor my mother movements (She us 93 years old), most of the time I can’t see her because I got a message saying “Retrieving  Video stream”. I have try using wifi and 5G data. Most of the signal in each camera points out to 80 to 98 strong signal. Still I can’t monitor my mom. Sometimes I can use one camera (let say camera 1) and I change to another one (let say camera 2)  then I want to see camera one again is not possible, the same message of”Retrieving Video Stream appears. So I can’t trust this devices

Ever since the app update , i cannot watch my screen when im out of the app, video never loads, consistent “having trouble retrieving video” cannot move cameras without an error now either ! The app update ruined the experience !

Sometimes the buttons don’t work when I want to go full screen on four cams. Please fix. Also, very difficult to go on full screen on one camera. This is coming from an ipad user.

When I rotate my iPhone 15 the video freezes but not the audio. This happens with both single camera view and multi camera view.

I have been using these cameras for about 6 months now, I love that I can see my kids and monitor my dog while away. We have the talk feature and I can get real life footage and capture still images! Highly recommend
