## What is Amortizator Pro for iPad?

The best Amortization App in the App Store!  The free version takes as input: the loan amount, loan length (in years) and interest rate.  It then provides the monthly payment, total amount that will be repaid and total interest that will be paid.  Additionally it provides the complete amortization schedule in a scrollable text view.

An in App purchase option unlocks additional functionality: allowing for two loans to be shown on the screen simultaneously for easy side-by-side comparisons.  The two sides run independently of each other so you can easily change the input to one (or both) and quickly re-run them.  

The in App purchase also enables you to print to any AirPrint enabled printer, and to email a .pdf file of the output.   The .pdf file has additional information displayed on each line of the amortization, including balance remaining, total interest paid to date and total amount applied to the principal to date.

I like this app however, the ipad app needs to be able to rotate. Also, would it be possible to have a Total column in the reports that you do not always have to run out and get a calculator.

Since this is an iPad only app it won't run on your iPhone, and I have no idea why you think an iPad app would run on your computer.  It runs perfectly on my iPad Air.  It requires iOS 7.0, so it won't run on an iPad 1 either.  Buy a newer device.

Works well, though i have a glitch. I can't produce a pdf.  Probably something on my end though.  A thought, consider using this program to develop a retirement pay out plan.  Amortization can be used to calculate monthly income from a lump sum.  Handy for baby boomers retiring and trying to figure out how much they can expect for retirement income.

Completely revamped for iOS 7 and 64-bit devices with a complete overall of the interface.  

Incredible performance update over previous version.  The amortization schedule is now calculated instantaneously. 

Big feature update on the in-app purchase allows sharing the .pdf file to AirDrop, as well as sharing with many other installed apps, such as Message, eMail, Dropbox, Evernote and iBooks.

Also added a second in-app purchase to remove the ads.
