## What is Amortizator?

Amortizator is a free amortization calculator.  It has a very simple interface that only requires you to enter the loan amount and interest rate.  It defaults to a 30 year loan, but this can be adjusted from 1 year to 40 years.  

In addition to the full amortization schedule (month, principal and interest), it also provides the monthly payment amount, the total amount you will repay, and the total interest charge the loan will cost you.

An in-app purchase has been added to remove ads, generate a .pdf file of the amortization schedule, and export it to any app installed on your device that supports .pdf files (including email).  It also greatly improves the amortization schedule by adding remaining balance, principle paid to date, and interest paid to date.  Very useful when comparing loans!

You can also try full app functionality for 30 minutes by watching an ad.  Try it before you buy it!

I will update this as soon as I get an answer from my second request asking why my app doesn't allow me to slide the years bar to 5. It is locked on 30 years and no slide bar is visible.

I think this is the best app I've ever download. Considering that many of them were paid for I think that says a lot for a free app. The only thing I would change is enable it to type over the loan amount when you want to plug in a different amount as opposed having to hit delete 5 or 6 times then starting over. Thank you for a great app.

Thanks!  Simple... yet exactly what I needed. Plus it was free!  Maybe for a future update have a separate page to compare different numbers side-by-side... Same amount across the top with different interest rates and/or different time spans in two columns. But once again, thanks for the app!

Fixed a bug where ads would continue to be shown (until the app was closed and restarted) after the in-app purchase to remove ads had been purchased.

Part of this fix required a new secure way of recording the in-app purchase.  After the update to this version you will have to restore your purchase by selecting the "Upgrade App" button and then selecting the "Restore All Purchases" button.  Your account WILL NOT be charged for this.  We apologize for the inconvenience.
