### 1/5 — Received Wrong Color and Connection Issues

I ordered the ring in silver, but I received a black one instead. I still tried to test it to see if the app would recognize the ring while I waited for the correct color, but it didn’t work. I didn’t worry too much at the time since it was the wrong color anyway and I had already requested a return.

I followed all the setup steps and fully charged the ring. Today, I finally received the correct one in silver, but it still doesn’t work. I’ve tried everything — reinstalling the app, turning Bluetooth off and on, restarting my phone, and even trying it on my husband’s phone — and nothing works.

The ring shows that it’s charging, but it won’t connect or function. At this point, I’m not sure if the issue is with the app or the ring itself. I’m really disappointed and would appreciate help resolving this issue.

Just got this as a birthday present and the app has everything I want. However you can’t update the profile info with correct information. This means the data it’s using as a baseline will be incorrect. It automatically sets me as a 5’7 male at 145 pounds and I can’t change it.

The Oura Ring adverts make this seem high end. It really isn’t it’s cheap Chinese junk. Why is the app not called Oura? 🤨For the price I was expecting something much better tbh.  Makes me wonder if I got sent the right thing. There’s no cardio capacity or CVA suggested on the website. It’s very glitchy. I wear it 24/7 but I’ll go on the app every now and then and it hasn’t recorded any data from the previous few days😵‍💫It also does not remind me when the battery is low😵‍💫and it won’t record naps or daytime sleep which is a bummer because I work nights 😵‍💫

I have a habit of exercising ,so I bought a Ring to record my exercise Data.There are different exercise Modes to record,and I can exercise with only the Ring without my phone.After connecting to Bluetooth ,it will upload the data which is very convenient.
