Can’t figure out why the two cameras are not recording, because I can’t find it on the APP to see where or why they stopped recording and reset the rule or whatever they call it. ### 1/5 — Don’t waste your money *2026-03-15, version 5.9.6* I’ve never been more annoyed at having spent money on something that doesn’t work. I’ve lost track of how many times the alarm has gone off and not me or my wife are called to disable it. The police have never been here after the alarm goes off and amp has lied about it before. Me and my wife were on a mountain drive we did get a notification of the alarm going off but we had to send our friend to check out our home because police never showed up, I check my cameras which are Wyze cameras because amp cameras never worked. Then another time I was at work with no cell service but they told my wife I gave them the disable code over the phone yet I had zero phone service. He kept telling me he could upgrade it and give me all new things but with no insurance and I told him no just send somebody over. That’s what he told me that he could send me a video for me to reset it myself and a gas cost too much And I told him if you cannot get my camera working come pick all my cameras up and he said he’s not in that department so why would he give me advice in the first place!
