App opens but goes no further than the splash screen. I have deleted and downloaded a few times and still does not help. No way to access my results other than this and I love overseas so phoning a call centre in South Africa where I will sit on hold for ages is not an option. Please push an update through they will fix this. ### 1/5 — Terribly slow on updates *2024-07-26, version 2.0.5* The app does not slow the results until over a week after they are taken from the patient. The app does not even show that the bloods have been taken and are pending. No updates. The lancet app atleast keeps updating. Yes my doctor contacted me but I would see like to see the results. Really pointless if you ask me. My dependants are missing and when I try to register them the OTP function doesn't work. I had to upgrade my password but again the OTP function doesn't work. I spent an hour on the phone explaining the situation to Ampath and they said the technical team will sort it out - guess what - I can still not see my children's results. Signing up was frictionless for me, and my results were delivered with a notification. It’s easy to view, save & share results, as well as to download accumulated sets of results. It also allows one to retrieve an aggregated set of COVID-19 test results, which can be useful for travel and ancillary purposes. ### 5/5 — Amazing app *2022-10-01, version 1.5.0* Thank you for creating this awesome app. The cumulative report function is so useful, and easy to discuss results with doctor, and keep all records together. ### 5/5 — Works for me. *2022-03-09, version 1.5.0* Installed in seconds. It seems the app only allows for one ID number. I would have to install on another device to see my child’s results. Also could not retrieve SMS pin, but reset and chose email option - pin was sent successfully ### 4/5 — Has been fixed - works well, quick results *2019-07-17, version 1.0.2* Read many bad reviews but decided to download the app and try it anyway - it seems all the functionality has been fixed. I got test results within 48 hrs and my entire history is on the app. It’s quick and you only have to sign in the first time if you have fingerprint access on your phone. Would rate 5 stars, but they’ve not added sharing functionality - you have to screenshot results and email them, whereas on Lancet you can share and PDF/save results direct from the app. ### 3/5 — Edit details *2023-08-04, version 2.0.4* I changed cell phone number and cannot edit any details in the app. I have deregistered , deleted the app, downloaded app again and reregistered and still cannot change my details.
