Synced it with my Apple Watch and went for a 30 minute walk this afternoon. I opened Amped after… it showed me exactly how much time the walk added to my life expectancy and I was genuinely shocked. 

No other app has ever made me feel like my small daily choices actually matter.

Downloaded this when I was in a rut and it's quickly become one of my favorite apps. Clean, easy to use, and genuinely motivating every day. 
It's seriously addicting watching time get added to my life in real time after a long walk or a solid night's sleep. Feels like a personal coach in my pocket. If you're on the fence, just try it. I'm totally hooked! Thanks to the team for this gem.
