Only minor issues I’ve had with pending payments but they were very quick and prompt to respond and resolve the issues. So keep up the good work guys. I’m impressed so far. I have another fintechs as well - wise and payoneer and wanted to have another. I moved part of the services to them, and out of the blue they sent us termination letter last week. Our company is established and known on the market, nothing like "gray business". They told me to move my money out. I did, but it's not possible to do this immediately as I was setting up services for more than week. On same day termination email came, they blocked us access. We don't know if any other of our customer paid to them, and we are sure that they received another transfer from payments processor for almost 1000 EUR. I asked them to forward it to other account. Waiting for their response. Summarising - we didn't revived any reason of termination of the service, regardless of the 2 passed verifications they blocked us in 1 day. They withhold client funds without justification, fail to process transfers in a timely manner, and even freeze funds entirely, causing major disruption. Their team is unresponsive, unprofessional, and frankly incompetent, issues drag on with no resolution or accountability.
