I thought I was doing something wrong. I tried and tried again and again still couldn’t login or access my account on this App.

The app is ridiculous to sign up for an account you have to click forgot password. And the forgot password button dies not work. Complete failure of a service

This app has never worked since installing it.  The password I set up provided a “login attempt failed, check your credentials” response.  If you click Forgot Password, there is no response.  This needs to be fixed as there is no other way to get a statement of your bills & payments
